Project description / role / missions

Within the Engineering team central to the CDI business, as leader of the Digital pillar, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives in Engineering, working on the subjects of efficiency of engineering processes, practices and tools in the digital world for all the Business Lines of the CDI GBU.

Typical assignments, which are not exhaustive, on which you will be working with the Business Lines engineering teams are as follows:

• Implement CDI's Move to SaaS transformation strategy as part of the LEWIS program defined by the Group.
• Contribute to the definition of the GBU's new Digital Operating Model and take charge of the governance of the build part with the Cloud Operations and IS/IT teams.
• Contribute to the deployment of the new engineering transformation model, taking charge of digital practices.
• Lead GenAI / Code companion adoption program for engineering.
• Analyze and synthesize the current situation in the CDI activity to propose areas for improvement towards greater efficiency.
• Build and lead an action plan with the players involved, monitoring and presenting its progress to management on a regular basis.
• Identify and influence relays in the BLs to generate synergies and deploy best practices.

Your profile

You have an IT engineering degree (Bac +5) and at least 15 years' experience in :

• Managing a large number of IT projects/programs ?
• Digital technologies, processes and tools (Cloud, Kubernetes, Microservices, DevSecOps, Pipeline CI/CD, etc.)?
• Do you enjoy interacting in a cross-functional role with multiple (internal and external) and multicultural players as a change agent?

Are you recognized for your tenacity, autonomy and rigor? Do you have a good level of conversational and written English?
