Technicien(ne) CVC - Maintenance & Développement - Site du Stade de Nice

Ce poste, basé au cœur du Stade de Nice , vous offre bien plus qu'une mission technique :

- Une dimension événementielle : vous intervenez dans un environnement unique, en lien avec des événements sportifs et culturels.
- Un rôle stratégique dans notre développement : vous participerez à l'extension de nos activités auprès de nouveaux clients (data centers, salles de sport, bureaux sur Sophia Antipolis).
Vos missions
En synergie avec l'équipe opérationnelle, vous serez en charge de :

• Réaliser des interventions de maintenance préventive et curative en CVC (climatisation, ventilation, chauffage) selon le planning établi.
• Diagnostiquer et dépanner les installations, proposer des solutions adaptées.
• Préparer vos chantiers (fournitures, moyens, sécurité) et assurer le suivi jusqu'à la réception.
• Conseiller vos clients et garantir la remise en service dans les meilleures conditions.
• Participer à l'élaboration des devis et proposer des améliorations techniques.
• Saisir vos interventions dans les outils de suivi (GMAO) et respecter les consignes de sécurité.

Poste avec astreintes possibles.

Votre profil

• Formation : BAC ou BAC+2, avec 5 ans d'expérience en CVC.
• Compétences : habilitations électriques à jour (BR, BC, H0V), attestation fluides frigorigènes catégorie 1 obligatoire.
• Atouts supplémentaires : CACES PEMP (nacelles), formation travail en hauteur et port du harnais appréciés.
• Qualités : autonomie, rigueur, sens du service et excellent relationnel.
• À l'aise avec les outils informatiques (GMAO, bureautique).
• Permis B obligatoire.
